『WorldDyne』 Expansion of International SMS coverage area.
Additionally connected to 16 countries/regions mainly Asia and Middle East
Indigo Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Indigo”, head office: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President & Representative Director: Akihiro Ito) has expanded its available coverage area for “WorldDyne" International Short Message Service(SMS) from March 1, 2009.
■ Additional 16 countries or regions
India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, U.K., UAE, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Kenya(※For the details of available overseas carriers, please refer to the following list.)
Due to this expansion of SMS coverage area, the available coverage becomes 29 countries or regions from 13 countries or regions currently available.

- About WorldDyne
Providing a 3-in-1 package of services enabling access to International SMS, International Calling, and International LOAD from Japanese domestic mobile handsets through prepaid payment.
・International SMS
International SMS is a service that enables SMS messages to be exchanged between domestic mobile handsets (NTT DoCoMo, au, SoftBank Mobile, E-Mobile, and Willcom ) and overseas GSM mobile handsets. The system works by converting messages sent by mobile email from Japan into SMS messages through a dedicated email-SMS conversion gateway and sending such messages as SMS messages to overseas GSM mobile handsets. Messages received from overseas are converted from SMS messages into mobile email messages. \20 per message sent and FOC per message received. (The packet fee necessary to send/receive e-mail via mobile phone may be charged by each operator.)
・International Calling
International Calling is a service that allows users to purchase a KDDI international calling prepaid card number through their mobile phones. A card number can be purchased from anywhere in the world at any time of day and on any day of the year as long as you can send and receive email messages on your mobile phone.
・International LOAD
International LOAD is a service that allows users in Japan to top-up designated prepaid mobile phone accounts based overseas (in the Philippines).
