A monolithic, single-tenant system faced performance problems during AI learning and operational load issues due to the increase in the number of customers (tenants). Since there were no members within the company who had experience in building multi-tenant systems or who were familiar with infrastructure, they consulted with us.
We proposed a configuration that could be converted to microservices and could scale flexibly when learning with multi-tenants, and provided support for the migration. We also provided education and training on the introduction of modern development methods using CI/CD and IaC.
