The company urgently needed to introduce an operation manual management tool to consolidate its compliance and internal control in advance of the enforcement of the Japanese SOX Act. Since there is a need to update over 50 different types of manuals every week, the company was in need of a solution that enabled them to compare differences with a focus on revisions. Our services included the customization of the following: selection of equipment configurations, backwards compatibility, log accumulation methods, operational scripts, and statistical information analysis capabilities. We provided the deliverables after conducting a load test and activating the mail solution under an assumed mail account number of 200,000 (assumed system upper limit) and actual equipment configurations.
