In the event of a system failure, prompt and proper action on the isolation and recovery of failed components and implementation of preventive measures is required. Such comprehensive operations, however, require coordination between multiple vendors, such as system development vendors, hardware/software maintenance vendors, data centers, and telecommunication carriers, and companies rarely have employees available who have the broad technological knowledge and experience required to perform such a task.

3. Maintenance
Aiming to maintain the system in good running order, we conduct routine inspection and maintenance. We check resource conditions and server status on a regular basis so that we can detect abnormalities that can easily elude regular monitoring procedures and promptly implement preventive countermeasures before they become problems. When security is at stake due to vulnerability, we apply security patches or devise other countermeasures.
4. Response to a failure
In the event of a failure, Indigo technical staff will take care of everything. If the primary measures taken by Indigo technical staff fail to solve the problems, more experienced staff with a higher level of skills will take care of the problems. If the problems are related to servers or basic applications, these secondary measures will generally solve most of them.
5. Monitoring
Different from general monitoring services, we do not restrict the number of monitored items, but provide monitoring truly required to support optimal system management and appropriate responses to failures. Moreover, we reflect the results of regular maintenance and failure resolution into monitoring items on a regular basis to keep them updated and optimal.
